2 chickens, cut up
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt
pepper
basil

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, skin side up (if using chicken with skin) on shallow baking pan (with sides) and sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.

Mix together soy sauce, honey, ketchup and garlic.

Baste chicken every 15 minutes with marinade while baking at 350F for 1 hour.
