"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a great crowd pleaser, and one we enjoy in the summer with friends and family. It's nice because it can be set up before church, and be ready when we return home with whoever wants to join us for lunch! We serve this on rolls with corn on the cob, and a nice green salad and other easy sides.
