1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup cream corn
4 beaten eggs
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick of butter, melted

Gently mix all ingredients and pour into a sprayed 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350º until golden brown about 40 minutes.
