½ cup slivered almonds
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar Cheese (best if freshly shredded)
1 cup grated Swiss cheese (best if freshly shredded)
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
8 slices of regular bacon, fried crisp and chopped fine
4 green onions, sliced with green and white parts
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
⅛ tsp cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Place the almonds in a dry, small skillet over medium-low heat. Toast them until golden brown and toasted, shaking the pan continually, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan, set aside, and cool to room temperature.
Add cream cheese and mayo to a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add the three cheeses and stir again until well combined. Add the bacon, toasted almonds, ¾ of the sliced onions, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Stir together with a rubber spatula until evenly combined.
Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 4 hours.
Garnish with remaining green onions and serve with crackers and corn chips.
