8 oz shredded cheddar
8 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained and finely chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground pepper

Can add to taste:
½ tsp Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Or use in sandwiches - like served at the Masters Tournament.
