Brown Sugar
Drizzly Icing

Icing Sugar

Directions:
Unroll the pizza dough and press it into a pizza pan. Bake it in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until it’s a little bit golden.

The Crumbliest Pizza Topping
While the baking is happening, throw together your crumbly topping. Mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, butter and a bit of cinnamon in a little bowl. DO NOT MEASURE! I repeat: Do not measure! Just make sure the amounts of everything except for the cinnamon are about the same and add up to a little more than a cup or so when combined. But really, just eyeball it, mix it together, and it will be a beautiful expression of your artistic cookery. Or something like that.

Mix together the icing drizzle in much the same way. Dump in a bunch of icing sugar, then stir in a tiny amount of milk until it seems to be a good drizzly consistency. You can’t mess it up. I put the end result in a squeeze bottle for easy drizzling.

Put it All Together
Open up that can of apple pie filling and spread it around.

Top it with clumps of the crumbly mixture.

Bake it in a 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.

Drizzle the whole thing in icing
