Cake:
4 - 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
6 eggs, room temperature
1 ½ c. sugar

Topping:
1 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
6 T sugar, more or less to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat creamed cheese and eggs; cream well. Then add sugar. Pour into 9x13" that has been sprayed.

Bake at 325º for 60 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes, then add topping and bake for 1- minutes more.
