500g beef
250g pork
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
100g breadcrumbs
1 egg
5 tbsp. milk
Generous salt and pepper

Sauce:
40g butter
40g flour
⅔ cup vegetable stock
⅔ cup beef stock
⅔ cup cream
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:

Combine meatball ingredients. Roll into balls.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Fry meatballs in oil to brown. Once browned, cover and cook in oven for 30 minutes.

Melt butter in pan. Whisk in flour and cook 2 minutes.

Add stocks and continue to stir. Add cream, mustard and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken. Drizzle over meatballs.
