1 tbsp butter or non-stick spray
1 egg
1 slice american, swiss or other cheese
2 slices bacon
Your favorite bagel

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bagel. Toast the bagel if desired.
fry bacon until done to desired crispness.
In a clean frying pan, spray non-stick spray or melt butter over medium heat. Crack egg into the pan and break the yolk. Cook until you can flip it easily.
Once egg is cooked through, place on bottom half of bagel. Top with bacon, cheese and top half of the bagel.

You can add ketchup or hotsauce if you like.
