Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Ice Cream: Cookie Dough

¾ c. all-purpose flour
½ c. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
⅛ tsp salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ c. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir together flour, sugar, sugar substitute, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
2. Add in butter, vanilla, and milk. Stir until a soft dough forms.
3. Form dough into very small balls (just smaller than bite size). Freeze for 1 hour up to over night.
 

Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Ice Cream: Ice Cream

2 c. half & half, chilled
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk, chilled
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2½ tsp. cinnamon
frozen cookie dough balls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together half & half and sweetened condensed milk.
2. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon. Add to milk mixture and whisk to thoroughly combine.
3. Pour in ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
4. Five minutes before the finishing time or when ice cream is soft set, add the cookie dough bites and allow machine to finish churning.
5. Freeze overnight for soft serve texture.
