8 oz cream cheese

Finely chop ¼ cup craisins then mix craisins with 1 tsp dry mustard and ¼ cup cranberry juice.

Combine all ingredients, mix well and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
Serve with cut-up veggies and pieces of flatbread.

Henry and Mary Sinkus are dear friends who owned the Pine Barron restaurant in Wisconsin. Henry was an excellent chef and the writer of many cookbooks. This recipe was a special appetizer, created by Henry, and served at the Pine Barron each evening.
