Directions:
Cook the 6 oz of spaghetti. Drain, rinse with cool water and drain again. Toss with the one TBL of olive oil. Stir in eggs and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into a greased 10 inch pie plate, pressing it up the sides of the pie plate, sort of like a crust.

Spoon Ricotta cheese over the center of the spaghetti. Top with the pasta sauce. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Top with 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and bake five minutes more or until chees is melted. Take out of oven and sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella cheese over it. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.

Personal Notes:
I didn't read the directions correctly the first time and sprinkled the Mozzarella cheese over the pasta sauce and baked it. That worked out fine too. This is yummy served with the Focaccia bread!
