1/2 chicken
5 c. oil
1 Tbsp. fried peanuts

Seasoning 1
1 egg white
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Seasoning 2
1 oz. dried chili sections
1 tsp. minced garlic

Seasoning 3
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. wine
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch paste
1 tsp. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bones from chicken. Cut into 3/8" cubes. Marinate in season 1

Heat oil in wok. Fry chicken dice until cooked. Remove and drain.

Save some oil in the wok. Stir-fry seasoning 2 for a while. Add chicken dice. Stir-fry. Add seasoning 3. Mix well. Add fried peanuts. Stir-fry for a few seconds. Remove and serve.
