1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 1/4 c. cold water
1 3 oz. pkg. strawberry sugar-free jello
1 9 inch bakes pie shell (cooked)

Directions:
Remove stems from berries, wash and leave whole (do not slice berries). Place sugar & cornstarch in medium saucepan and mix well. Add water and corn syrup, boil until clear. Add jello and stir to dissolve completely. Cool mixture in ice water. Add strawberries and spoon into prepared pie shell. Chill several hours. When ready to serve, top each slice with cool whip or whipped cream. Pie will keep for about 2 days.
