1 Can 15.25 oz Corn Kernels, drained
1 Can 14.75 oz Corn Cream-style
1 8.5 oz Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 Eggs
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into prepared 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole dish that has been greased or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes; top should be lightly browned and ingredients set. Best served warm.

You can add additional ingredients such as diced hot or sweet peppers, grated cheese can be added to the top the last 5-10 minutes of baking. A great side dish especially with a holiday dinner. Reheats well if there are any leftovers!
