8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 package of white or yellow cake mix
Granulated sugar for rolling
Vanilla Frosting
Food coloring (optional)
Hershey's Egg-Shaped White Creme chips (or any pastel chips)

Pre-Heat oven to 350°

Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in dry cake fix, beating until soft dough forms (this may take about 5 minutes).

Shape dough in to 48 equal balls (about 1 inch each). Roll in sugar, if desired.Shape each ball into egg shape and place on uncreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Flatten each egg to about 1/4 thickness and 2 inch length, reshaping if necessary.

Bake 9-11 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Tint frosting, if desired. Frost cookies and top with egg shaped chips. Makes 48 cookies.
