1 cup of softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk, (or 2 cups milk with 2 Tbl vinegar or lemon juice)
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
⅔ cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease two loaf pans.
Cream together butter, 2 cups of sugar, and eggs. Add milk, flour, and baking soda.
Put ¼ batter into each of 2 loaf pans.
Mix in a separate bowl, the ⅔ cup sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle about ¼ of cinnamon mix on top of the batter in each pan.
Add the remaining batter in split into the two pans.
Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mix split between the two pans.
Swirl with a knife.
Bake 45-50 minutes until done inside.
Cool in pans for 20 minutes before removing from pans.
