3 T vinegar
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T sugar
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 salt
1/4 cup bbq sauce
1 cup water

Brown Meat

Combine remaining ingredients until thick. About 1 hour. Top hot dogs.
