2 Pounds Potatoes
1/2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pinch of Pepper
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onions
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut all the potatoes into fourths and parboil them
2) Allow to cool, enough so that you can touch them
3) Grate them, and gently place into a bowl
4) Add flour, salt, pepper, and onions, and mix together gently
5) Let stand for roughly 5 minutes
6) Heat the oil to 355 - 360 º and roughly use 1 - 2 teaspoons of mixture per tot. Form the mixture into the shape of a tot
7) Fry in batches and drain on a paper towel

*If you are using a air fryer, freeze the formed tot mixture first, and make sure to turn several times while air frying. Air Fry for 15 minutes

Much like Asta, these tots have a spirit all their own. The first time I made these I ended up just pan searing them before baking them at 350, cause the first three fell apart in the oil. They were still delicious though, and definitely would be approved by Asta
