2C flour
2 t cinnamon
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
1/4 t baking powder
3 large eggs
2 C sugar
1 C oil
1 t vanilla
1 t lemon zest
2 C shredded zucchini with moisture pressed
1 C chopped walnuts
1/2 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan.

In bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat 3 eggs unti frothy. Add sugar, oil, vanilla and zest. Stir in the flour mixture. Add zucchini, nuts and raisins.

Pour mix into pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Let cool.
