2 lbs. small red potatoes, quarted
1/8 cup of olive oil
1 T. "Crazy Salt" (seasoned salt blend)
black pepper
1/2 t. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place washed and quartered potatoes in a plastic bag. Add oil and mix to coat potatoes.
Add seasonings and toss to mix.
Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add potatoes to pan and bake at 450 for about 30 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
