3-lb. boneless pork (loin end or shoulder) - rolled and tied
5-6 whole cloves
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ c. ketchup
2 T. orange juice
2 T. honey
1 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast on rack and broil 15-30 minutes or until brown.

Stud meat with cloves.

Place roast in crock pot or instant pot (slow cooker feature).

Sprinkle with nutmeg and paprika.

Stir together remaining ingredients (I double this for more juice!) and pour over roast.

Cover and cook on low heat 10-12 hours.

Remove meat from pot and shred and put back into sauce and keep hot until ready to serve.

Serve on fresh rolls and enjoy.

This was a recipe I found when I was looking for something different to eat. We ate a lot of chicken, turkey, and beef, but what can you do with pork? I found this recipe and my family loved it.
