6 to 8 Baking Potatoes, baked in the oven with skin on
1 lb. Velvetta Cheese, cut in chunks
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
6 Strips bacon, chopped and sautéed until half cooked
1/4 pimento stuffed olives, sliced

Directions:

Remove skin from potatoes and cut into large diced pieces. Toss with the next 4 ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with bacon and olives. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
