Ingredients:  
1 gallon whole dill pickles
4 pound bag granulated sugar, less one cup
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small bottle Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pickles and slice into rounds. Place in large bowl but keep the jar. Add sugar, garlic, and tabasco sauce to pickles. Stir till combined. Cover bowl and leave overnight. The next day, spoon pickles and the juice back into the gallon jar. Leave on counter for 7 days, flipping over each day. After 7 days, spoon pickles and juice into pint jars and cap. Store in refrigerator. Will make five pints.
