Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 Pieces Chicken
1/3 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
6 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning, to Taste
Garlic Powder, to Taste
Vegetable Oil
Parsley, for Garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a skillet coated with vegetable oil on medium. Coat chicken in Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and garlic powder to taste. Add the honey, water, vinegar and soy sauce to a bowl and set aside. Sear chicken on both sides for 5-6 mins or until golden brown (work in batches if skillet isn’t big enough). Reduce heat to medium, cover skillet with a lid and let cook until the chicken is cooked through, turning every 5 mins until all chicken is fully cooked. Once done, drain out the oil from the skillet, but keep about 2 tablespoons of it in the skillet. Remove lid and add in garlic and swirl into oil and around the chicken for one minute. Turn heat up to medium-high and pour in the prepared sauce. Let it cook for another 3-5 mins, or until the sauce reduces and thickens. This is optional but you can take the skillet and stick it under the broiler for about 3 mins to get a nice char on the chicken. Spoon sauce over chicken, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
