⅓ cup butter
1½ cups brown sugar
3 tbsp light corn syrup
⅓ cup milk or light cream
¼ cup dark rum

Directions:
In saucepan, combine ingredients except rum. Heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in rum. Cool to lukewarm. Spoon over banana souffle.
