Bobby Flay's Salted Caramel Sauce
1 c sugar
½ c heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
¾ tsp kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
In med pan, med heat, combine sugar with ¼ c cold water & stir.
Cook, but do not stir, til sugar is a deep amber, 10-12 min.

Warm cream in small pan. Slowly whisk into caramel; continue
to simmer til smooth, 2-3 min.
Remove from heat, whisk in butter, then salt to taste.
Serve warm.
