7 Cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3 c. Sweet Onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 c.(scant) Sugar (you may use 1 c. Stevia and 1 c. Sugar)
1 c. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Place the cucumbers, onion and salt in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. In the morning mix the sugar, vinegar and celery seed in a bowl. Remove the cucumbers from the refrigerator and drain off the water, then pour the vinegar/sugar mixture over the cucumbers and stir well. Place in the refrigerator for 3 days stirring once a day.
They can be eaten anytime after the three days. They can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
