Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
1 well-beaten egg
1 cup cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, cut in margarine. Combine orange peel, juice and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Mix just enough to moisten. Fold in berries and nuts.

Bake 350º for 60 minutes in greased pan.
Let cool at least 5-10 minutes before removing from pan.
GLAZE:
margarine, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
