Mom calls this peach pudding


Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 large can peaches or about a pint of fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
If using fresh fruit put in a pan with 1/2 cup or so sugar. Cook until syrupy.

Put the stick of butter in 9 x13 or smaller casserole and put in oven while it preheats. 350º

Mix the dry ingredients with the milk. Take the pan out of the oven once the butter is melted and hot. Evenly pour the batter over the butter. Finish with the fruit and syrup.

Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
