Ingredients:  
2 med cucuzza, peeled & cubed
4 potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 onion, diced
20 oz can SanMarzano whole peeled tomatoes, drained & crushed
1 celery heart (or 3 stalks, diced)
2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1 c chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 tsp salt
¼ c olive oil
1 c parmesan cheese, grated
2 lbs spaghetti pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In hot oil, saute onion & garlic.
Add chopped veggies & simmer until potatoes are soft.
(45 min) Serve over cooked pasta, topped with parmesan.
