Ingredients:  
1 pound boiled, peeled and deveined small to medium shrimp, cut into small pieces
Juice of 1/2 large lemon (or more to taste)
3 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1-2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chopped shrimp, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and dill weed in medium bowl.
Stir well and adjust seasonings to taste.
Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
