4 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup pecans
3 tablespoons Ground Flax Seeds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8 tablespoons dark chocolate
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix all dry ingredients in a dry bowl.
Mix in wet ingredients.
Spread out on a parchment lined 9x13 pan (about ¼-½ inch thick).
Bake 15 minutes, then take from oven and stir.
Return to oven until golden brown (8-12 minutes).
Allow to cool down on the baking sheet before storing. (Will last 1½-2 weeks)
