A bushel of kale, cleaned, rinsed, and coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth (set aside 1/2 in case you need more)
1 tablespoon chicken bullion

Directions:
Directions:
Place kale into large pot and pour the chicken broth over it.
Stir in garlic and chicken bullion.
Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat until tender. It will look like turnip greens.
