Ingredients:  
2 tsp. olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
8 oz. white mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 ounces cream cheese ( or Neufchatel)
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
shredded mozzarella (there can never be too much!)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, onions, and mushrooms until soft
Cut chicken into nuggets and season with Lawry's, salt, and pepper
Add the chicken into the pan and cook until meat is done.
Remove from heat and add cream cheese and chicken broth.
Stir until completely melted.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
