2 Pounds Cut Up Roast Meat (I buy stew meat)
1/2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend (for meat)
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Picsweet Seasoning Blend (I onions, celery, bell pepper, etc)
1/2 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Dry Italian Seasoning
4 Cups Beef Broth

Directions:

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon & 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to meat. Place meat and cover with flour. Brown meat. Pour Lawry's Seasoning Blend and other seasoning into a large pot. Cook until slightly brown. Add broth. Cover and cook for 2 hours or until done.

If using Ninja Foodi, brown floured beef on Sear/Saute. Add other seasoning and beef broth into pot. Pressure Cook on high for 1 hour. Turn nozzle to release steam. (about 3 minutes). Check if tender. If not cover top, adjust nozzle on top and cook additional 15 minutes. Let steam from pot. Open. Enjoy
