Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In glass 9x9 baking dish, spread 1 tablespoon olive oil on bottom. Place ribs over oil, separating them slightly. Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over top of ribs, rubbing to spread. Sprinkle seasoned salt lightly over all.

This was one of Julie's favorites and one I could actually make quite accurately for her. I don't know why it was not in the original cookbook. I decided I wanted to make these and had to go digging through all the loose pages she has in the front of her cookbook. Of course, it was the very last page and I was getting panicky that I wasn't going to find it. Phew! I did find it. And now it's in here where I will find it next time.

The link on the printed recipe, dated 7/25/2014, is: https://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/bbq-boneless-country-ribs/aa05f178-e4c7-486e-a01b-06088d493e14

I just looked at the recipe in that link. It's the same one, but they've adjusted the 450º to 425º and added verbiage in the directions. Since Julie liked them the way it was originally done, I'm not changing this one.
