1½ pound each of ground beef and ground sausage
1 c. oatmeal
3 eggs
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix

Sauce:
3 Tbl. ketchup
3 Tbl. mustard
3 Tbl. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients thoroughly.
Shape into 2 loaves and place in bottom of crockpot, adding 1/4 c. water to the bottom of the cooker. Mix sauce ingredients and spread over the meat loaves. Cook on low for 6 hours.

You can also grease 2 loaf pans and bake @350º for an hour.

Leonard thinks this has a good flavor and I really like the convenience of making it and forgetting it. Many times I have no clue what time he'll be home for supper so this is ready and waiting for him when he gets here.
