1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 stick butter
2 cups uncooked oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Graham crackers crushed - about 1/2-1cup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar, cocoa, and butter in a large saucepan, stirring until it comes to a low boil. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir in graham crackers to thicken. Drop by teaspoon onto foil or parchment paper.

Penny's mother, Carolyn, often made these for Jennifer when they were younger. They quickly became a Nicholson family favorite. We would always sneak a few before they hardened on the parchment paper.
