1 16 oz tube ground sausage
1 small onion (or 1 TBLS onion powder)
3 TBSP Self rising flour
1 12oz can evaporated milk
½ cup water
½ tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook and crumble sausage and onion in a large skillet. Drain sausage reserving 2 TBLS of oil in pan. Add flour to oil and stir until combined, then add milk and water. Once combined, add back sausage and onion. Simmer and stir until thickened. Serve with hot biscuits.
