1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sifted enriched flour
dash salt
2 eggs

Filling:
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped pickle
3 hard boiled eggs
6 1/2 oz size canned tuna - drained
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients

1. Melt butter in boiling water.
2. Add flour all at once.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Let cool a little.
5. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until smooth.
6. Drop from a teaspoon on greased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart.
7. Cook 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 450 degrees
8. Then turn down to 325 degrees for another 10 minutes.
