3 cup flour
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in 9x13 cake pan -- mix with fork
2. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients
3. Put 1 teaspoon vanilla in one hole
4. Put 2 teaspoon vinegar in next hole
5. 3/4 cup oil in last hole
6. Pour 2 cup water overall.
7. Blend thoroughly with fork
8. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees
