1 lb can of salmon
8 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Chopped parsley if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain and flake salmon and combine with above ingredients - mix thoroughly and chill in bowl.
2. Next roll into a log and roll log in chopped nuts and parsley.
3. Serve with Crackers
