3 medium-size ripe avocados
1/3 C. sugar
1 C. whipping cream
Zest of 1 lime

Directions:
Whip avocados. Add sugar, whipping cream, and zest; continue beating until mixture attains a mousse-like consistency. Place in 4 chilled glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint. Serve with your favorite cookie.
