1½ c. Corn
3 Eggs
1½ c. Milk
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Butter
pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and milk until smooth. Separate eggs and set whites to the side. Beat the egg yolks and add to milk and cornstarch. Add salt, sugar, butter and corn. Stir until well blended. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350º.
