1 cup red cooking wine
1/2 onion, diced
1 bay leaf
2 parsley sprigs
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Remove meat and pat dry.
