4 chicken breast
4 ham slices
Cheese sauce
4 T butter
1/4 C flour
2 C milk
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 C shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 Parmesan
Panko topping
1 C Panko bread crumbs
2 T butter

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º butter casserole dish. Slice breasts in half lengthwise. Pound thin between paper. Layer in casserole. Layer ham.

Cheese sauce
In a sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle the flour on top and cook for 1-2 minutes until dry and clumpy. Whisk in the milk slowly. Add mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt. Simmer for 3-5 minutes whisking constantly until thickens. Remove from heat and stir in cheeses. Taste and add salt to taste. Pour over ham and cheese.
In a small bowl bread crumb and melted butter. Sprinkle over top.
Bake 30-35 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes then serve.

We use mozzarella or provolone instead of Swiss.
Can use 6 C about 2 # shredded chicken and 6 oz. diced ham instead of slices.
