5 – 6 cups (about 3 pints) lime sherbet or sorbet
2 cups vanilla ice cream or pineapple sherbet
5 – 6 cups (about 3 pints) raspberry sorbet or sherbet (can be strawberry, Watermelon just has to be red in color)
2-3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a large mixing bowl with the softened Lime Sherbet. Freeze this layer.
2. Then remove from freezer; add a layer of softened vanilla ice cream or pineapple
sherbet on top of lime. Freeze this layer.
3. Then, mix chocolate chips with softened raspberry sherbet and fill in the rest of the
bowl. Refreeze.
4. Turn upside down onto a large plate of cake server. Slice and serve.
