2 ¼ c all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking soda *omit if using self-rising flour
1 tsp. Salt *omit is using self-rising flour
1 c (2 sticks) butter, softened
¾ c sugar
¾ c brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 c Craisons (dried cranberries)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
5. Beat in flour mixture gradually.
6. Stir in white chocolate chips and Craisons.
7. Drop onto ungreased baking sheets by rounded tablespoon.
8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes;
remove to wire racks to cool completely.
