Mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle smashed potatoes with flour until you can handle it. Roll it out with lots of flour on the board. Poke holes with fork when put on skillet. Layer with wax paper. Can roll them up and store in freezer.

To eat: butter, sugar, maybe some cinnamon (cousin Dorothy likes with cinnamon. Nyla only uses butter and sugar)
